My pool was about 37 years old and the plaster/gunite was flaking off and leaving large voids in the bottom and swim-out areas of my pool surface. I had two other contractors come in and review what work and procedures would be needed. Alex came and proposed the exact same work and procedures for 20% less. Not only was Alex on the job with his workers, but he was also doing some of the work himself. On day 1, the pool was blasted and a scratch coat was applied.
